By registering your athlete with Limitless Athletics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. I understand and acknowledge that participation in programs offered by Limitless Athletics involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. On behalf of my athlete, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, illness, or other harm that may occur as a result of participation in any Limitless Athletics activity, regardless of severity. I hereby waive, release, and discharge Limitless Athletics, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my athlete’s participation in any program, event, class, practice, performance, competition, or related activity, including claims resulting from negligence. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Athletics from any claims, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of my athlete’s participation in any activity. I grant permission to Limitless Athletics to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record my athlete and to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, and educational purposes without compensation or further approval. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Limitless Athletics to obtain medical treatment for my athlete if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that all medical expenses incurred are my responsibility and/or the responsibility of my insurance provider. I certify that my athlete is in good physical condition and is able to safely participate in the activities offered by Limitless Athletics. I acknowledge that any medical conditions, allergies, or medications affecting my athlete have been disclosed during registration. I understand that participation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Limitless Athletics. I understand that Limitless Athletics programs may include performances and cheer competitions, and that participation in competitions may require additional fees for competition registration, uniforms, travel, or other related expenses. By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms, policies, procedures, and conditions of participation established by Limitless Athletics.
